"Back to Basics" with John Gwyther. Short session aimed at explaining cropping, resizing for competition, dpi's etc.
Lotje McDonald (Open) & John McCarthy (Novice) will talk about their winning images from the Monochrome competition.
Our 'Windows and Doors' competition digital images are back from the judge and will be presented in a slideshow.

Competition Due:
Leading Lines (digital): make use of leading lines to draw the viewer to the point of interest in your image. Use the lines to help tell the story. For example, straight lines, curves, shadow, light, roads, rails, tracks or trails, lines of nature, sunrays, branches, waves etc

Competition Return:
Windows & Doors (digital): any type of window and/or door. Open or closed, through the opening or the item itself or with others. It could frame something else, but the story is about the door or window.
